This back-to-school season, Regimus is launching Tailor-Made for Impact (TMFI) in school districts, giving middle and high school students a 10-month leadership experience that turns them into catalysts for change in their own communities. If you're a business partner, industry leader, or community organization looking for a real way to invest in the next generation, this is your window in.

TMFI isn't a one-off assembly or a feel-good workshop. It's a structured, 180-plus page leadership blueprint built around identity, voice, service, and action. Students run projects, launch clubs, connect with mentors, and build the kind of resume that gets noticed by colleges and employers alike. Our goal by year's end: 1,250,000 youth supported. That's not a marketing number. That's the scale we're building for, and it's exactly why we need partners who think the same way.

Here's what partnering with TMFI actually looks like. Businesses sponsor and invest in the program directly through Regimus, funding districts, supplies, mentorship, and student stipends while getting visibility with students, families, and school leadership in every district we launch in. On the ground, community members work alongside families to build TMFI locally and nationally through Regimus University, our online grassroots community, and they earn a share of the program for that work. Every partnership also feeds our grant and scholarship pipeline through RuGovern.com, where a portion of program proceeds goes straight back to students in the form of microbiz grants and scholarships. Your brand isn't just sponsoring a program. It's showing up where students can see it, connected to outcomes families actually care about.

For companies and consulting firms, TMFI offers something rare: structured, ongoing access to a talent pipeline before it exists anywhere else. Strategic networking sessions connect youth directly to industry leaders in an environment built for real conversation, not a career fair handshake. If workforce readiness matters to your business, this is where that work starts, years before a resume crosses your desk.

This launch is local by design and national by intent. We're building district by district, but the infrastructure, the RuGovern platform, the scholarship pipeline, the brand partnerships, is built to scale regionally, nationally, and eventually internationally. Partners who come in now help set the model for what that looks like everywhere TMFI goes next.

We're looking for a small group of founding partners for this school year. If that's you, reach out to LeaVonda Robinson at [email protected] and let's talk about what building this together looks like.
