Northeast Florida Community in Action Agency was established in 1965, envisioned as an agency with a driving force to combat poverty in Northeast Florida. NFCAA currently administers programs in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns Counties. Their vision is a community where all individuals and families achieve their potential through education, financial stability and healthy lives alleviating the devastating effects of poverty.

The Challenge

NFCAA leaders were looking for resources to help them strengthen their teams interaction.

They were also looking for tailored workshops on workplace readiness skills that would help parents with interviews, resume building, and family building workshops.

They had amazing staff just needed additional resources to serve the community.

The Results

We collaborated with the agency to provide resources to help stabilize vulnerable households and empower families in Northeast Florida to achieve self-sufficiency through workplace readiness skills and family life skills.

We also provided tailored training for staff on "Signature Customer Service Brand," which enhance effective ways to serve the hurting with care.
