Our Partner
CareerSource Northeast Florida, operated by First Coast Workforce Development, Inc., which is responsible for providing a trained workforce to the employers in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns Counties.
CareerSource NEFL administers initiatives designed to connect job seekers in transition with training and employment, while focusing on economic development through workforce preparation.

The Challenge
The First Coast Workforce Development Board needed two customized curricula for youth economic development addressing workplace readiness and entrepreneurialship.
The curricula should also address soft skills and easy to use for business partner volunteers.
The Results
Chamber, business partners, school districts and local colleges celebrated the boards contribution to youths. The board provided funders with customizable tailored solutions to address applied research deliverables estimated at over $1.5 million economic impact to the region.
