LeaVonda Robinson is a Navy Veteran and workforce strategist with more than 21 years of cross-sector leadership experience. She has led community and workforce ecosystem initiatives that strengthened institutional capacity, expanded access to opportunity, and aligned education, industry, and economic development priorities.

Her professional service includes work with federal and state agencies, tier-one research universities, school districts, workforce and industry partnerships, and nonprofit organizations. She has served on business and education partnership boards, contributing to economic development strategy and the development of publishing and training resources designed to prepare future-ready talent.

LeaVonda’s leadership combines operational discipline, policy awareness, and systems-level design. Through Regimus, she works with executives and institutional leaders to align strategy, funding, and workforce implementation into cohesive talent systems that deliver measurable performance and sustained economic impact.
